NOTES
Orientation Week is only for new students starting their first semester at UNYP
Registration Period - ALL students are required to register for their classes prior to the start of each smester. This is essential as classes may be full or chosen subjects may conflict with each other. Students are strongly advised to discuss their individual schedules with the academic Heads of Departments, or with their academic advisor.
ADD/DROP Period - Students are allowed to add or drop a course thay have registered for within a specified period. After this is will not be possible to change a schedule.
Exam Make-Up Day. This day is specifically for students that have missed an exam. However, it is only used in exceptional circumstances following an authorised absence (i.e. an unforseen emergency)
Graduation Rehearsal - This is only for students who have completed their course, and are about to graduate.
