Unilever Corporate Presentation at UNYP

The presentation of the multinational company UNILEVER and its branch in the Czech Republic was the first of a series of regular visits of representatives of large companies to UNYP organized by the Career Office this semester. The presentation took place in UNYP building on November 6th 2009. Ms Magdalena Slámová, Recruitment Services Coordinator of Unilever presented the profile of the Company that stands behind some of the world's biggest brands of food and pharmaceutical products distributed world-wide. Students who responded successfully to her questions about Unilever brands won prizes of some of its best-known cosmetics products. Ms Slámová introduced all Unilever Divisions (Customer Development, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting and Financial Partnering, Human Resources) and emphasized skills and qualifications each employee should have to work for the company. In February 2010 Unilever is going to offer a Student Program to all university students (20-30 hrs per week in all divisions), as well as a Management Trainee Program to final year students of Master’s programs or new graduates.
