UNYP Celebrates 10 Years of Success with Its Alumni

On Dec 1st, 2008 UNYP celebrated its 10 year anniversary in the Czech Republic at Občanská Plovárna, located under the Prague Castle directly on the Vltava River. Over 300 people came to celebrate, including UNYP alumni from various programs, current and past professors as well as staff. The evening included a dinner buffet, live music, a raffle prize drawing and a special fireworks display over the river. The event also marked the kickoff of the official new Alumni Network starting at UNYP. Alumni that have not already registered are encouraged to do so. Benefits will include a webpage with a job forum, discussion platform, as well as a search engine based on location. In addition to this, all registered alumni will also receive an official UNYP Alumni Card that will be tied to a number of benefits through UNYP as well as a number of external discounts at various businesses throughout Prague.
