NOTE: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, MBA’s and Master’s Degrees are all available as weekend studies, designed specifically for working professionals. This causes the minimum disruption to existing work commitments.
Talent Management and Development
Tailor-made courses
A tailor-made course is developed in conjunction with the company in which the specific needs of the company are addressed and implemented into the program. There are a variety of options ranging from workshops to seminar programs.
Soft Skills Training
All forms of soft skills training are available including Leadership, Professional Sales Techniques, Presentation Skills, Professional Writing, and Negotiating Skills. Specific topics can be arranged in most cases upon request.
Seminar Programs
More comprehensive professional skills courses are available, allowing participants to develop more advanced knowledge or skills, for example, Leadership or Professional Sales Techniques. Again, specific topics can be arranged on request.
Certificate Programs
Companies can choose to develop a comprehensive executive program, with a focus on subjects directly beneficial to the company. The program is of an MBA standard, which allows students to choose to covert the program into a full MBA on completion.
Recruitment of students – free service
UNYP Career Office
UNYP can promote both full-time and internship positions which would be offered to all students and alumni. The job description is detailed by the company.
Company Visits
Companies are welcome to arrange a visit to our campus to promote their industry to our students. This can seriously increase recruitment possibilities for the company.
Sponsorships/Scholarships
Companies can choose to offer students full or partial Scholarships or Sponsorships. The degree of involvement is decided by the company, but could include internships, holiday work, or full service contracts on the student’s graduation. The Sponsorship would be promoted under the company’s name.
Publicity
Companies are welcome to write articles of interest to the general public, regarding developments in their industry, and on a topic of their choice for publication in our electronic news journal, the UNYP Chronicle. Articles can include a short bio’ of the author, as well as a website link to the company.

Spotlight on one of our partners - Nestle
A group of managers at Nestlé in the Czech Republic began a management training program at UNYP, one of several life-long education programs that UNYP offers. The mini-MBA program was designed to offer MBA-level courses focused on key business areas in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, from a managerial perspective. On completion of the program, a number of participants went on to complete their MBA Degrees
