MBA in Banking
The MBA Banking course route prepares students to enter the complex world of corporate finance and retail banking. Finance is the life-blood of any organisation, and the growth of international trade has placed even greater emphasis on financial aspects of business. This MBA program is ideal for students seeking to gain specialist knowledge of the practices and workings of banking and financial markets. The focus subjects build on the core subjects to provide comprehensive financial knowledge.
This 19-month life long education program of weekend study (2 weekends per month)* leads to a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) double degree from the University of New York in Prague, and from the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch. You will take a core set of 9 courses providing you with a solid foundation in international business and then 4 additional courses in Banking
*UNYP provides light refreshments during the breaks to students on this program
Prior to the start of the MBA program, UNYP provides, free of charge, a pre-MBA workshop in the principles of finance, accounting, marketing and management to ensure that you begin your studies well-prepared and on an equitable level with your fellow classmates.

Consultancy Project
After completing the course, students undertake the role of an internal or external consultant and investigate a business problem with the aim of arriving at a feasible solution to the problem originally identified.
