Dr. Daniel Tůma received his two master degrees and bachelor degree in education advisory, clinical counseling psychology and social pedagogy from the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, State University of New York and La Salle University Philadelphia . His doctoral thesis focused on education and psychology counselling for child oncology patients. Dr. Tůma is an accredited psychotherapist by the World Council for Psychotherapy (750-hours psychotherapy training for the health-care sector), an accredited business coach (WABC), he is expert guarantor of our 600-hour training in occupational psychology and developmental methods/coaching for employees in organizations. He is also the programme’s concept designer, including its didactic methods and curriculum. Dr. Tůma is also Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, which is part of the Faculty of Medicine of Harvard University in Belmont (US). He His primary specialty is personality psychological assessment, evaluation and correction of social pathology inside work teams. He also carries out psychological evaluation of highly exposed professionals and personalities with an increased social impact, which includes ruling out traits of psychopathology in a personality. He also works as a psychotherapist in his private practice. His speciality is men’s anxiety, psycho-oncology and family traumas, educational problems and family relationships. Dr.Tůma leads a team of psychologists, social workers and educators who work with pilots and focus on research in personality variables influencing pilots’ working performance and pilot selection (Czech Airlines).
