Dr. Krámská is a registered clinical psychologist specialized in clinical neuropsychology, as well as a psychotherapist. In addition to teaching at the Charles University and Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education (clinical neuropsychology topics), she is also a Member of Ph.D. Committee in Clinical Psychology at Charles University. She is co-founder and Chair of Czech Neuropsychological Society, member of INS-Liaison Committee and F-ESN committee.

Although she has clinical experience with psychiatric patients, her professional career is devoted to patients with neurological and neurosurgical diagnoses. She works as a clinical neuropsychologist at Neurocenter and Epilepsy Center at Na Homolce Hospital in Prague. Her current clinical and research interests include neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy of patients suffering from diseases of CNS (epilepsy, cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, degenerative disorders, etc.) and psychosomatic disorders. Her interdisciplinary work includes cooperation with radiologists (fMRI, WADA tests) and neurosurgeons (Awake neurosurgery) during specialized interventions. She also participates on Czech adaptation and validation of some neuropsychological batteries.
