AXON Global and the University of New York in Prague partner for Language Learning Center in Prague

The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) is partnering with AXON Global, a network of more than 200 language education schools in more than 13 countries to bring Axon Global to Czech Republic.  On October 8^th, 2015, both companies reached an agreement to open together the first AXON Global language school in Prague, Czech Republic.

“Axon is very excited about the opportunity to expand our global footprint into the Czech Republic. We are confident that our combined approach to language teaching both in the traditional classroom setting as well as our online platform will be an added value to those seeking to develop their languages skills,” commented  AXON Global’s Director of Development, Gerasimos Chatziemmanouil.

AXON Global was founded in 1995 and has now more than 20 years of experience in language development and has educated more than a million students worldwide. 

“Partnering with AXON Global to open a language school here in Prague is a natural next step for UNYP.  As UNYP’s curriculum is delivered 100% in English, it is a strong benefit to our students and potential students to have access to and a direct link to such a powerful online and classroom blended language learning experience,” added Sotiris Foutsis, General Manager of the University of New York in Prague.

The school will be operational from November, 2015 and will start primarily with Czech to English curriculum and will be based in the Universities second campus location in Prague 2.
