Pavel Bykov becomes the Alumni of the Year 2021

Even in these challenging and unusual pandemic times, the extraordinary achievements of our alumni cannot go unnoticed. We believe that rewarding one alumnus or alumna every year is an important part of keeping our alumni network engaged and connected to the UNYP community.

The ambition, enthusiasm and hard work our alumni put into their projects are changing the world in many areas on a local and global scale.

We have the honor to announce that on June 22, 2021, Pavel Bykov (MBA MIS, class of 2011) has earned the Alumni of the Year Award 2021. Pavel has become the winner mainly for his unique professional achievements as the CEO and Co-Founder of IP Fabric. In his own words, UNYP plays an important role in his career, as he was not only able to put all knowledge gained in the MBA program into practice, but also get the courage to initiate and kick-off his startup project which is gradually heading towards global market success.

All of UNYP’s former students are invited to participate in this tradition. During the nomination period, every member of the UNYP community can nominate one alumnus or alumna who has graduated from UNYP or its partner university program. The Award Committee, consisting of nine representatives from all parts of the University, then decides on a shortlist of three candidates and the eventual winner.
