1. Great location

Belgicka Apartments are located in the quiet, residential area of the city center in the Vinohrady neighborhood. Just ten minutes from the jewel of Prague, the historic city center. Moreover, less than one hundred meters from the main UNYP campus and just steps away from both I.P. Pavlova and Náměstí Míru! Just imagine how long you can sleep when the university is next door!

2. Space for life

Nothing like a typical Czech dorm! You won’t find any unfurnished tiny rooms and on the floor shared toilets in our residence. Belgicka Apartments offers 25 spacious apartments, each of them having its own kitchen and at least two bathrooms. Most of the flats even come with a stylish balcony or a small terrace. 

You can choose a single-room, double-room or even a whole flat. The apartments are spacious, between 65 – 130 m². With adequate capacity for 120 students and also their busy lives (they even have a cleaning inclusive option)!

3. Everything you need

Do you know the student motto ‘all you need is stuff’? If you’re moving, we bet you do! This is the reason why the apartments are not only spacious but also fully furnished. New furniture, modern kitchen appliances and additionally, as a welcome present UNYP students even receive a package with bed linen, pillows, blankets, and towels.
