UNYP hosted a third public webinar on Cryptocurrencies

On Wednesday, June 23rd, the University of New York in Prague held its third public online event. The webinar focused on a buzzing topic of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies. This event was hosted by Dr. Dan Šťastný, the dean of the School of Business at UNYP. Our two special speakers were Dominik Stroukal, Ph.D. (Economic expert at SatoshiLabs, Roger) and Kicom (Youtuber and founder of Bitcoin channel).

Over 800 people attended the event on Zoom and YouTube Live. Our special speakers described the rise of cryptocurrencies, gave an insight into the current situation with Bitcoin, and answered questions from the audience.

The webinar was initially planned for one hour, but as usual, the enthusiasm and engagement of the attendees kept the discussion flowing for over two hours. Both Dr. Stroukal and Kicom answered dozens of intriguing questions picked by the host, Dr. Šťastný.

We are delighted that we were able to provide such an interesting event about a trending topic for the general public, and we plan to continue with this mission, as there are many issues and topics that we can potentially explore. You can watch this webinar online on our YouTube channel.
