UNYP President to the Class of 2017

Dear Class of 2017,

All the honor, all the congratulations is yours today, and the spotlight is on you. Today you will leave the University of New York in Prague as graduates in your fields of study and go on to your future, some of you to additional studies and others into your careers. We know, in fact we expect, you to be successful, honorable and courageous leaders of tomorrow in whatever you choose to do next.

At UNYP, we are striving to give you the skills, knowledge and experience that will set you apart from others. We work together with you to broaden your perspectives and give you space to learn and develop into the young adults you are today. We are proud to say that you graduated from UNYP as we hope you are equally proud to have graduated from UNYP.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate your families. Without them, you would not have made it to this stage in your life and been able to reach this incredible milestone. Be sure that on this very special day you also take the time to thank and remember their contribution to your journey and the wonderful person you have become.

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the next step in your journey and look forward to hearing and reading about your future successes as you become a member of a very select group of global citizens, UNYP Alumni.
