UNYP Opens Representative Office in Almaty, Kazakhstan

Prague, Czech Republic

The University of New York in Prague (UNYP) is pleased to announce the opening of its new Representative Office in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This milestone marks an important step in UNYP’s continued international development and its long-term engagement with students and partners across Central Asia.

Kazakhstan has been an integral part of UNYP’s academic community for many years, with Kazakh students contributing significantly to the university’s diverse and multicultural environment in Prague. This will now allow UNYP to build on this relationship by providing students and families in the Almaty region with direct access to information, guidance, and support.

UNYP’s operation in Almaty will serve as a regional hub for outreach, collaboration, and student engagement. From this location, UNYP will promote its academic programs, scholarships, and international partnerships while offering personalized guidance to prospective students considering study opportunities in Prague.

Ms. Aida Sultanali, who has been appointed as UNYP’s Recruitment and Engagement Officer in Kazakhstan, will lead the operation. Ms. Sultanali brings extensive experience in international education and strong regional expertise. As part of her onboarding, she recently visited Prague to meet with UNYP leadership and academic teams.
