Pulse lecture with Ashot Hovakimian

Ashot Hovakimian is a career diplomat with 30 years of international experience, including 8 years’ service as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Mr. Hovakimian was the Ambassador of Armenia to Poland (1999-2006) and was also accredited as a non-resident Ambassador to the three Baltic states (2000-2006);

he was appointed as a resident Ambassador to Austria and a non-resident Ambassador to Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic (2006–2011); Permanent Representative of Armenia to OSCE and the International Organizations (UNIDO, UNODC, IAEA, CTBTO) in Vienna (2008-2011).

He is currently serving as Ambassador of Armenia to the Czech Republic and as a non-resident Ambassador to Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
