The four-year American Bachelor’s in Psychology at UNYP offers a strong foundation in behavioral science, blending theory, research methods, and practical skills. Designed for students who want to study psychology in the heart of Europe, this program develops scientific reasoning, analytical thinking, and evidence-based problem-solving.

Core courses build essential knowledge in cognitive, developmental, and social psychology, while specialized classes explore mental health, counseling approaches, cultural psychology, and workplace behavior. Students can choose the American bachelor’s degree in psychology or earn a dual degree, gaining an internationally recognized European psychology credential by completing the Czech state exams.

Graduates are prepared for master’s programs in psychology, counseling, research roles, and a wide range of people-focused professions.

Master’s Degree in Psychology

Advanced psychology training with clinical, educational, and organizational applications

UNYP’s two-year Master’s Degree in Psychology provides in-depth expertise in personality, developmental, and applied psychology. This program is ideal for students aiming to advance their psychology career in Prague or build qualifications toward future licensure in Europe or abroad.

Supervised internships allow students to gain hands-on clinical and professional experience, while original research projects strengthen independent analytical skills. Courses are held on weekends, making the master’s in psychology at UNYP practical for working professionals and those completing internships.

Graduates leave prepared for roles in counseling, education, HR, and organizational development, or doctoral-level study.

The program’s accreditation has been extended through 2028 for enrolled students.
