The School of Business Research Center at UNYP fosters a dynamic academic research culture by connecting faculty, students, and external partners. Our mission is to support high-quality, relevant research that advances scholarly knowledge while addressing real-world business challenges.

Research at UNYP is primarily led by faculty members, often in close collaboration with students. This model provides students with meaningful research experience and mentorship, while enabling faculty to explore emerging trends and practical challenges in contemporary business environments.
Business research at UNYP extends beyond theory. We actively collaborate with organizations in the Czech Republic and internationally, ensuring that our research responds to current market dynamics and real business needs.

Empowering Adult Survivors of Domestic Violence through Entrepreneurship

The EASE project supports adult survivors of domestic violence by promoting entrepreneurship as a pathway to independence. The project focuses on co-creating a specialized training program to help participants develop an entrepreneurial identity, rebuild their confidence, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Designed to be scalable and replicable across Europe, EASE aims to deliver lasting social impact.
