Ms Dombinskaya has held a wide range of roles within English language teaching over the past 30 years, among them teacher trainer, language school director, and researcher. She was awarded a Master’s degree with honours in English and German language teaching from Krasnoyarsk State University of Education (Russia), alongside CELTA, DELTA (Module 2), and Teacher Trainer certificates from the University of Cambridge. Currently a PhD candidate at Charles University, her research focuses on comparative education and the professional development of foreign language teachers. Following her active engagement as a presenter at the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER), and in recognition of her expertise in the field, she was honored with an invitation to join the ECER peer review panel. Over the years, Ms Dombinskaya has collaborated with several prominent Czech institutions, such as the Czech Ministry of Agriculture, Czech Railways (České dráhy), VZP (General Health Insurance Company), the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure, and Prague Municipal Services. Grounded both in academic research and classroom practice, she supports language learners in building their linguistic proficiency while empowering foreign language teachers with relevant, practical professional development that helps strengthen teaching quality and, in turn, positively impacts education systems as a whole.
