UNYP Faculty to Participate in International Conference on Human Potential Management

Members of the School of Business and IT at the University of New York in Prague are playing an active role in the international scientific conference “Management of Human Potential 2025: Perspectives in Corporate and Institutional Practice,” which will take place on 26 November 2025, hosted by DTI University in Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia.

The conference serves as a platform for sharing cutting-edge research, exchanging professional experience, and discussing emerging trends in the development and utilization of human potential across business and institutional environments. Key topics include education and professional development, digital transformation and the future of work, sustainable leadership, and innovation in talent management.

UNYP will be represented by David Anthony Procházka, BBA Program Guarantor, who will deliver a keynote address, and by Vojtěch Zíka and Ondřej Dvouletý, who are contributing as members of the conference’s organising committee.
