American Bachelor’s in Psychology

Study Psychology in Prague with a Globally Recognized American Degree

The four-year American Bachelor’s in Psychology at UNYP in Prague equips students with a solid foundation in behavioral science. If you are exploring psychology programs in Prague, this course actively combines theory, research methods, and practical skills to prepare students for real-world applications of psychology.

Students study psychology in the heart of Europe while developing scientific reasoning, analytical thinking, and evidence-based problem-solving skills. Core courses cover cognitive, developmental, and social psychology, while specialized classes focus on mental health, counseling approaches, cultural psychology, and workplace behavior.

Students can complete an American bachelor’s degree in psychology or pursue a dual-degree option. By passing the Czech state exams, students earn an internationally recognized European psychology credential in addition to their American degree.

Graduates move confidently into master’s programs in psychology, counseling, research roles, and a wide range of people-centered professions.


Master’s Degree in Psychology

Advanced Psychology Training with Clinical, Educational, and Organizational Applications

UNYP’s two-year Master’s Degree in Psychology in Prague delivers advanced training in personality, developmental, and applied psychology. The program prepares students to advance their psychology careers in Prague or build qualifications toward future licensure in Europe or abroad.

Students gain hands-on experience through supervised internships and complete original research projects that strengthen their independent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Weekend classes allow students to balance their studies with professional work or internships, making the master’s program practical and accessible.

Graduates enter careers in counseling, education, human resources, and organizational development, or continue toward doctoral-level study.

Important Note:
The current Master’s in Psychology program is no longer accepting new applications. UNYP has extended accreditation through 2028 for students who are already enrolled in the program.
