Our team can provide guidance, official university documentation, and practical support throughout the process. However, UNYP is not an immigration law firm and cannot provide legal advice, act as a student’s legal representative, or influence decisions made by Czech authorities.

Do I Need a Visa or Residence Permit?

Requirements depend on your citizenship and the length of your studies.

🔷 EU/EEA and Swiss Citizens

Students from EU/EEA countries and Switzerland generally do not require a visa or residence permit to study in the Czech Republic. Certain registration requirements may apply after arrival.

🔷 Non-EU/EEA Citizens

Most students from outside the EU/EEA will require a student visa or residence permit to study in the Czech Republic. Requirements vary depending on your nationality, study duration, and individual circumstances.

For complete information about the process, required documentation, and application timelines, please refer to the Student Visa & Residence Permit Guide.
