The Communication and Media Research Center (CMRC) at the University of New York in Prague is a hub for academic research in media and communication studies.

Its primary mission is to advance knowledge and understanding of the dynamic interplay between media, communication, and society.

The center comprises a diverse group of scholars, researchers, and industry professionals dedicated to conducting interdisciplinary research that addresses pressing issues.

JUDr. Radka MacGregor Pelikánová, Ph.D., LL.M., MBA
Research Lead, Communication and Media Section at UNYP

An experienced legal scholar and practitioner licensed in the EU and USA, Radka brings 20+ years in intellectual property law, alongside extensive experience in academia and business. She has taught and conducted research for over 15 years and held senior management roles for a decade.

Her international academic background spans leading institutions in Europe and the United States, complemented by a strong publication record.
