Keeping physically fit is an important part of mental, physical, and emotional health, UNYP encourages all of its students to stay active and utilize the Fitness & Wellness resources that are available to them.

All Fitness & Wellness services listed below are included in the UNYP Student Body Fee, and therefore do not come at additional out-of-pocket cost to UNYP community members.

Fitness at Hit Fit Flora

Mon – Thurs : 06:00 – 22:00
Fri : 06:00 – 21:00

Important: Please bring your own training shoes to change into when in the gym.

All other activities such as squash, solarium, or sauna are excluded.

There is no limit as to the number of visits per week or month. The only limitation is one visit of up to 2 hours per day per person. For the activities that do require registration, e.g. zumba, you will have to use the online reservation system and make a deposit equal to the cost of each activity.

Swimming at Podolí

Please note that you will need a ticket to use the pool. Tickets are available at Student Affairs Office (Londýnská 32, ground floor) – Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm).

Where: Podolská 74, Prague 4 – Podolí

How to get there: Tram No 3 from Karlovo Namesti or tram No 17 near Palackeho namesti (in the direction of Nadrazi Branik) to the Kublov stop (3 stops from Palackeho namesti)

Opening hours: Seven days a week, all year round from 06:00 to 21:45 (closed on Dec 24, Dec 31, and Jan 1)
