Daniela Černotová

Daniela is a PhD student at the Third Faculty of Medicine CU. As a researcher at the Institute of Physiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, she investigates functional and cellular pathology in Alzheimer's disease, focusing on behavioural symptoms and their therapeutic modulation. She is also involved in projects examining the role of inhibitory interneurons in schizophrenia and anxiety disorders and research on brain correlates of behavioural flexibility and memory. During her doctoral studies, she led a project funded by the START Programme and completed a research internship at the Bordeaux Neurocampus in France.
