Harold Eugene O'Neal

Dr. O'Neal is a former long-term intelligence officer, diplomat, and government official, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. “Bill” (as he prefers to be addressed), is a life-long student of human nature. In addition to his connection to UNYP, Bill is an international consultant, specializing in various aspects of the security and corporate expansion fields. He is a pilot, racer, and scuba diver, who also enjoys skiing, wilderness wanderings, and critical politics. Bill’s academic interests are broad, but center on Organizational and Communication Studies, Conflict Resolution, Logic, and International Negotiation and Mediation.
