University lecturer, researcher, project manager, and expert in project management, sports management, and organisational management. In 2024, she was awarded the title of Associate Professor (habilitation) in the field of Subject Didactics at DTI University, Slovakia.
She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology, where she studied Economics and Management in Construction and subsequently completed her doctoral studies (Ph.D.) focusing on the economics and management of construction enterprises. She further strengthened her professional expertise by completing an MBA programme specialising in Project Management and Planning. Her academic qualifications also include a degree in Teaching of Economic Subjects, a rigorous degree in Teaching and Educational Sciences, and a Master's degree in Management from DTI University, Slovakia.
Between 2002 and 2011, she served as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic. From 2004 to 2005, she was Head of the Department of Business Economics. Since 2011, she has been affiliated with DTI University as an Associate Professor. Alongside her teaching and research activities, she has been extensively involved in the preparation, management, and implementation of numerous national and international research, educational, and development projects. She lectures in bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and MBA programmes in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as internationally, and has long been engaged in professional education as a lecturer in project management.
She currently serves as the Managing Director of Tennis Center Trnava, a.s. (Slovakia), where she is responsible for the organisation's strategic development and the management of a wide range of sports, organisational, and investment projects. Her expertise focuses primarily on the preparation and delivery of major international tennis events, including ATP Challenger Tour, ITF World Tennis Tour, and Tennis Europe tournaments, overseeing their organisational, financial, and marketing management. In parallel, she is the Manager and Coach of the Daniel Trčka Tennis School, where she is actively involved in youth tennis development, sports management, and the design of educational programmes.
Her professional career uniquely combines academic research with extensive managerial practice. She systematically integrates practical experience into her teaching, research, and scholarly activities, with a particular focus on project management, sports management, and organisational management. A significant part of her professional work also addresses the governance of sports organisations, the organisation of international sporting events, and the application of contemporary management approaches in both education and professional practice.
She is the author and co-author of numerous scholarly monographs, university textbooks, and dozens of peer-reviewed scientific papers published in national and international journals. Her research is centred on the interdisciplinary integration of management, project management, sport, and education. She regularly presents her research findings at international scientific conferences and actively collaborates with academic institutions and professional organisations on research and applied projects.
