Michal Šmotek

Dr. Michal Šmotek is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Charles University and over 11 years of experience across clinical practice and research. His clinical work focuses on neuropsychological and personality assessment and individual psychotherapy, with specialized training in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP), Jungian psychoanalysis, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Šmotek is involved in international CNS clinical trials as a cognitive and psychiatric rater, with expertise in outcome assessment, inter-rater reliability, and data quality. His background also includes consulting in fatigue risk management and lecturing on sleep science and psychotherapy.
