Elmira Ljapina

Elmira Lyapina holds a Ph.D. in International Law (Charles University, Faculty of Law) with an academic focus on international investment and energy law. As a legal expert, provides support to companies in various areas of international law, including business, trade, commercial, corporate, civil, and immigration matters. An experienced researcher and lecturer, teaching graduate and MBA students, and offering pro bono sessions on migrant rights. Interests include human rights, migrant and minority rights, freedom of expression, and international commercial law. Co-founder and chairperson of KITAP, a cultural and educational NGO. TEDxUNYP speaker (2021 & 2024).
