Elmira Ljapina

Ph.D. in International Law (Charles University, Law Faculty) with an academic focus on international investment and energy law. The legal professional; providing support for businesses including areas of business law (trade, commercial, corporate, civil, immigration). Also, researching and lecturing as an adjunct and guest lecturer in the universities for graduates, MBA students, and pro bono for the public regarding the rights of migrants. The areas of interest are human rights, including the rights of migrants, national minority rights, freedom of expression, international commercial law, and business law.
