UNYP Representative Office for Central Asia in Kazakhstan

The University of New York in Prague operates a Representative Office in Almaty, Kazakhstan, which serves as UNYP’s official presence in Central Asia. The office supports students, parents, and educational partners throughout the region by providing information on study opportunities, admissions, and potential cooperation with UNYP. Its role is to foster practical academic and cultural connections between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic, while offering reliable guidance to those interested in studying in Prague.

The Representative Office is led by Ms. Aida Sultanali, UNYP’s Engagement and Recruitment Officer for Central Asia.

Ms. Aida Sultanali brings 15 years of experience in higher education and a deep understanding of how to guide students and families through the university decision-making process. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Management, and is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Admissions

To make the application process clearer and more accessible, UNYP provides in-person admissions support through our office in Almaty.

Prospective students and families can book consultations in English, Kazakh, or Russian to learn about available study programs, application steps, visa requirements, and student life in Prague.

With Ms Sultanali as UNYP’s local point of contact, applicants can receive straightforward, valuable information and timely assistance throughout the admissions process.
