Chandreyee Goswami

Chandreyee Goswami, Ph.D. born and raised in India received her doctorate in Geological Sciences from the University of Calcutta for her work on the Crustal Evolution along the foothills of Eastern Himalayas. She works as a researcher in the Czech Academy of Sciences. Her specialisation is earthquake studies, remote sensing, Quaternary Geology and Structural Geology. In India, she was teaching university students for about seven years. She was granted two major research projects as Principal Investigator by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India on the Crustal Evolution along the Eastern Himalayan sector.
