UNYP has the giving spirit in February

UNYP went full force into the new year in a giving spirit!  Having closed two high school competitions and also an IT donation to a local elementary school. 

On February 9th, one lucky high school received the ceremonial cheque for their big win of the annual UNYP Prom Photo Competition for 25.000, CZK!  The winners were from Gymnázium Vítězslava Nováka in Jindřichův Hradec and this award was presented at their annual prom by our Admissions Advisor, Veronica Pokorná.  It’s important to note, this is their second big win in a row!  Can they pull off a third year? On February 13th, Tereza Kočová was awarded the new iPhone 8 for her participation in our Educational Fair Booth Photo Competition. Hundreds of students from around Czech and Slovak Republics submitted photos on Facebook and Instagram for the chance to win and well, there can be only one… and she picked up her prize and you can see the photos here:

Finally, to make sure to spread the giving further, UNYP donated all of our unused monitors to a local Prague school in need.  On February 1st, our very own IT Manager, David Novák presented 10 monitors to Integrál elementary school.  We are truly proud to give back to the community in such a meaningful way and promote education and further educational development in the Czech Republic to schools in need.  Have a look at how it all went down:
